The two founding dentists both trained at UBC and worked in larger Vancouver practices before opening Shoreline. They wanted to run somewhere small enough to keep the same dentist with each family, and modern enough to plan Invisalign cases without sending them out. Sample
We work to three principles, and we say them out loud at every team meeting: gentle is non-negotiable, fees are written down before we start, and we keep same-day emergency slots open every weekday. That's it. The rest follows.
